Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of BA experience, strong Excel and SQL skills, and excellent communication and project‑management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Information Systems (or equivalent).
• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office products.
• SQL query skills using MS Access, SQL Server or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to analyze, clarify and document requirements.
• Manage projects with project plans, issue lists, and weekly status reports.
• Assist in testing software and liaise with clients on issues.
• Define, test and implement reporting for PM, Field Ops, HR, and Finance.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, tools and reporting.
