• Experience with payroll, reconciliations, and general ledger activity.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule, including reviews of hours and deductions.
• Perform bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations.
• Record and review financial transactions, ensuring correct coding.
• Provide backup support for accounts payable and vendor inquiries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close and related reporting.
