Job summary

Citizens in our branch network is seeking a friendly, service-oriented associate to greet customers, demonstrate how to use our mobile app and ATMs, and deliver personalized financial solutions. You will educate customers on Citizens products, follow all policies, and connect clients with Bankers for the next steps.

The role requires cash handling with accuracy, strong listening and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments).
• Minimum of 1 year demonstrated customer experience, recommending and referring products and services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to develop a long-term customer relationship.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Customer-centric to deliver exceptional service.
• Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to complete video interview assessment after applying.

Responsibilities
