Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Kansas City, MO is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and help clients with everyday banking needs using the latest digital tools. This is a 40-hour, day-shift role at the Shoal Creek Branch.

You will greet clients, open new accounts, guide them to Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and work with branch teammates to meet clients' financial goals while maintaining compliance with all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and deliver friendly service.
Strong communication skills to understand and help customers.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them to branch services.
Open new accounts and maintain existing ones while following policies and procedures.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking, mobile/online options, and self-service tools.
Develop relationships with clients by listening and offering product knowledge to help achieve financial goals.
Assist in branch operations and cash handling in compliance with bank policies.
