You will build relationships, explain products and solutions, assist with routine transactions, and support branch operations under policy guidelines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Customer service experience or equivalent preferred.
Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment and greet clients as they enter the branch.
Provide account servicing and open new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and digital banking options.
Build relationships and collaborate with team to help clients achieve financial goals.
Perform branch operations and assist with cash devices and procedures.
