Job summary

SV Academy offers a free, live, instructor-led sales bootcamp on Zoom, followed by a 90-day paid Residency as a W-2 employee at a partner company. You will conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify leads, and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives, with daily coaching from SV Academy mentors.

Upon completion, you transfer to the partner payroll and build a pathway into technology sales roles at SV Academy's partner companies.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelors degree (preferred).
• Experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, customer support, fundraising, or account management (preferred).
• Experience in a goal-driven role with measurable targets (preferred).
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Comfortable on the phone, including cold calls.
• Coachable and able to act on feedback.
• Resilient in handling rejection.
• Motivated by ambitious goals and high-performance environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound leads.
• Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Receive daily coaching from an SV Academy mentor and partner sales leadership.
• Transfer to the partner company's payroll after Residency completion.
• Build a pathway into long-term technology sales roles at SV Academy's partner companies.
