Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is hiring a Full-time Google Sales Associate at our New York store. The role focuses on brand and product mastery to empower customers through discovery, with a goal-driven approach and expert knowledge of devices and services in the Better Together ecosystem.

The position emphasizes customer experience, cross-selling, and hands-on demonstrations, while maintaining store displays, inventory, and a memorable, interactive shopping journey.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of retail experience.
• Display effective communication and presentation skills, for one-on-one or group interactions, with an ability to capture attention of an audience.
• Ability to demonstrate effective decision-making skills, the ability to reason and take action in resolving problems while exhibiting professional sound judgment.
• Friendly and helpful, engaging in casual conversation with the consumer.
• Ability to promote excitement around the brands ownership, building consumer loyalty.
• Maintain knowledge of all the brands products onsite – complete required training on current and upcoming products.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at entrance, listen to needs/interests and direct them appropriately.
• Build trust and authentic relationships with customers.
• Educate visitors on features, functionality, and technical aspects of products.
• Lead engaging Community education programming and workshops.
• Lead the way in delivering a transformational experiences by helping consumers discover how the brands products can enrich their lives.
