Job summary

Mosaic North America is hiring a Full-time Google Sales Associate in New York City’s Chelsea area. You will study the brand’s devices, software, and services to empower customers with expert product discovery and a memorable shopping experience.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, device onboarding, and cross-brand advocacy. The position requires at least 2 years of retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to work 40+ hours weekly on a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus 2+ years of retail experience.
• Display effective communication and presentation skills for one-on-one or group interactions.
• Ability to demonstrate effective decision-making and professional judgment.
• Friendly and helpful, engaging in casual conversation with the consumer.
• Maintain knowledge of all brand products to be a subject matter expert onsite.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at entrance, listen to needs/interests and direct them appropriately.
• Build trust and authentic relationships with customers.
• Educate visitors on features, functionality, and technical aspects of products.
• Lead engaging community education programming and workshops.
• Promote the brand's devices and products to fit customers' personal, work, and school needs.
• Maintain visual and inventory integrity of store displays.
