Job summary

Best Buy is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You’ll be trained to confidently recommend solutions that fit each person’s needs and you’ll engage customers with a friendly, helpful demeanor.

The role includes product demos, cashier duties, replenishing stock, and supporting in-store pickup and curbside orders. Prior experience in retail and a flexible schedule (holidays, nights, weekends) are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
