Best Buy seeks a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers select tech products and services that fit their needs. You’ll gain training to confidently recommend solutions and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will engage customers, demonstrate products, handle cashier duties, and support in-store pickup and curbside orders while maintaining knowledge through ongoing learning. Competitive pay and employee benefits are available.

Qualificações

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
