Job summary

Best Buy is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers find the right tech products and services. We will train you with the skills and knowledge you need to confidently guide customers and meet their unique needs.

You will welcome customers, demonstrate products, handle cashier duties, learn continuously, keep the sales floor tidy, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup. Flexible scheduling including holidays, nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
