Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You’ll be trained to confidently recommend solutions and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will welcome customers, perform product demos, support cashier duties, and maintain knowledge through ongoing training. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is expected, with opportunities for employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
