Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, helping customers select tech products and services. You’ll learn to confidently recommend solutions tailored to individual needs and work as part of a busy team.

You’ll greet customers, demonstrate products, and assist with purchases, returns, and curbside pickups while maintaining knowledge across departments. A positive, proactive attitude is important.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
