Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, demonstrate products, and recommend solutions that meet individual needs. You will be the face of the store, helping shoppers find the right tech and services with friendly service and expert guidance.

You will also handle cashier duties, participate in ongoing training, keep the sales floor organized, and assist with in-store and curbside pickup to ensure a smooth shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to engage customers and recommend products to meet needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
