Job summary

BDO USA, LLP seeks an Assurance Senior Manager, Technology Risk Assurance to serve as an IT audit resource for clients and Assurance teams, guiding planning and execution of IT risk and control work across engagements.

You will lead teams, supervise staff, and coordinate with client personnel to strengthen controls, improve processes, and ensure timely delivery within audit standards and firm methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; focus in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information systems preferred.
• Master's degree in Information Systems preferred.
• Eight or more years IT audit experience required.
• Experience with general and application control reviews; SOC reports preferred.
• CPA, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CISSP and/or CFE certification required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as IT audit technical resource for clients and Assurance teams.
• Leads planning and execution of IT risk and control work.
• Supervises work papers, reviews conclusions, and provides on-the-job training.
• Identifies and prioritizes key risks and communicates improvement opportunities.
• Keeps client relationships and assists in elevating project quality and efficiency.
