Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Assurance Senior, Technology Risk Assurance to assist in planning IT audit engagements and execute IT risk assessments. You will test IT environment controls, including ITGCs such as access, change management, and operations, and review business process controls and information produced by entity.

You will also mentor IS Assurance Associates and contribute to team knowledge by sharing best practices and technical guidance in a fast-paced, client-focused environment across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems, required
• Master’s degree in Information Systems or other relevant advanced degree, preferred
• More than two (2) years of IT audit and/or related risk and controls experience, required
• More than one (1) year of supervisory experience, required
• CPA, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, CISSP and/or CFE certification, strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge of IT risks and controls to client environments
• Designs and executes test procedures for ITGCs
• Documents control environments and testing results
• Communicates findings and recommendations to management
• Develops relationships with client personnel and teams
• Mentors associates and supports training
