Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a Tech Risk & Controls Lead to drive the design and operation of technology general and application controls across multiple lines of business.

You will work with product owners, data officers, and regulators to ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance. In this leadership role, you will oversee testing of ITGCs, manage cross-functional teams, and guide remediation efforts for control deficiencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk and controls, including SOC/SOX audits.
• Experience coordinating with auditors, regulators, and business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of IT General Controls and Application Controls.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled risk management workflows and data sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage technology risk; analyze root causes and recommend solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with LOB technologists and data officers.
• Partner with owners and auditors for SOC/attestation readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor control effectiveness and drive remediation for risk and audit findings.
• Communicate program status and deliver executive-ready reporting.
