You will lead risk identification, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with product owners, regulators, and auditors to strengthen resilience and drive strategic risk initiatives across the technology landscape.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology risk management, information security, or related field.
• Experience with risk management frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements in finance.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and communicate with senior executives.
• Experience in data security, risk assessment, reporting, and control governance.
• Structured, results-oriented approach with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technology risk management strategies and policies.
• Lead risk events, reporting, and action plans; counsel stakeholders on security obligations.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators, auditors, and cross-functional leads for compliance.
