JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Compliance - Technology and Cybersecurity Operational Risk Management Lead (Vice President) in New York, NY.

You will oversee independent risk assessments across technology, data, and cybersecurity within CC0R/CCB, partnering with technology risk control and 2LoD teams. You will develop data-driven risk strategies, leverage AI-enabled analytics, and report to the Technology & Cyber Operational Risk Officer for Consumer and Community Banking.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with infrastructure/ application architecture.
• 7+ years in a senior technology and/or cybersecurity role.
• 2+ years of data architecture or data governance.
• Ability to understand complex technical systems and synthesize risks and controls.
• Strong background in data-related technologies.
• Experience with AI/ML tools and governance considerations.
• Knowledge of second line risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Understand key processes and controls within Consumer and Community Banking Technology.
• Perform independent Technology, Data, & Cybersecurity risk assessments.
• Manage identified risks using Operational Risk Management Framework.
• Assess emerging risks via strategic reviews and regulatory developments.
• Develop KPIs/KRIs related to these risks and monitor them.
• Advise internal 2LoD teams on deficiencies and observations.
• Produce weekly status updates for the book of work.
• Engage in firm-wide initiatives affecting the firm.
• Leverage AI for automated risk investigation and monitoring.
