Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Tech Risk & Controls Senior Associate in Cybersecurity & Tech Controls to help manage technology-aligned Governance, Risk, and Compliance and strengthen the firm's risk posture.

You will assess, identify, and monitor risks, implement effective controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology risk management, cybersecurity, or a similar role within financial services.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support risk/workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted risk summaries and recommendations before use.
• Experience in risk identification, assessment, and control evaluation with understanding of industry standards.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, develop risk mitigation strategies, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in risk management frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Assess and monitor technology risks, ensuring compliance with firm standards and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize enterprise-authorized AI to accelerate synthesis of risk evidence and draft remediation recommendations.
• Support implementation of effective controls in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Promote AI-assisted, reusable approaches to testing and reporting with human review.
