The role emphasizes AI-enabled risk and control evidence synthesis, stakeholder collaboration, and governance of controls with clear executive reporting and a focus on regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology risk management, Internal Audit, or related governance field.
• Experience with risk evaluation, control testing, and issue management.
• Experience reviewing AI-assisted risk summaries and recommendations.
• Familiarity with risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, quantify, communicate, and manage technology risk; focus on root cause analysis and remediation recommendations.
• Validate issue remediation and closure readiness; test evidence to confirm root causes are resolved.
• Review issue lifecycle documents for clarity, severity, and complete narratives.
• Monitor control design and operating effectiveness; identify gaps and propose enhancements.
• Support risk reduction assessments by evaluating residual risk and suggesting compensating controls.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and executive-ready reporting.
• Build relationships with LOB technologists, governance teams, TRC partners for cross-functional collaboration.
• Execute governance of controls, policies, issue management, and measurements for senior management insight.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted testing and alignment with auditability and regulatory expectations.
• Contribute to ongoing TRC standards, testing procedures, and playbooks.
