Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow the network through enthusiastic customer service and technology insights. You’ll uncover customer needs, present top-down solutions, and close sales while developing your skills through ongoing training and community engagement.

Expect a base pay of $16.00–$21.00 per hour with commissions that can boost annual earnings well above $65k. This onsite role includes comprehensive benefits starting day one and opportunities to advance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays (schedule provided 4 weeks in advance).
• Open to picking up additional shifts to earn more.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using knowledge of cutting-edge tech and customer service to expand Verizon network.
• Learn customers' needs by asking the right questions and building connections.
• Present product insights and recommend solutions for a complete top-down sales approach.
• Close sales using strong communication to meet customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Continue developing skills through training and advancing in merchandising and inventory roles.
• Potential to grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to existing Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at off-site Verizon events to build loyalty.
