Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow your career in a fast-paced store environment. You will use your passion for technology and superb customer service to expand the Verizon network and help customers find top-down solutions.

Learn about customers’ needs, position product insights, and close sales with clear communication. You’ll train continually and may engage in community events to build a loyal customer base.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant sales experience required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Open to taking additional shifts to earn more.

Responsabilités

• Generate retail sales by leveraging technology and customer service to grow Verizon solutions.
• Learn customer needs by building connections and asking questions.
• Recommend product insights and solutions to provide a complete sales package.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and develop skills across merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow customer base with outbound calls/texts to Verizon customers.
