• Present product insights and recommendations to provide a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales using effective communication to meet customer needs with tech solutions.
• Develop through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to current Verizon customers interested in products and services.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon-sponsored events.
