City National Bank of Florida seeks a Lead Technology Resiliency Engineer to translate business recovery objectives into technical designs. You will map dependencies, validate data protection, and drive runbooks, tests, and automation with IT owners.

Strong collaboration with Operational Resilience and Cybersecurity is essential. The role requires 7+ years in infrastructure, cloud, SRE, or DR engineering; knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM and recovery testing is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Experience in infrastructure, cloud, and disaster recovery engineering.
• Knowledge of dependency mapping and recovery testing is required.

Responsabilidades

• Map critical service dependencies and data flows.
• Translate RTO/RPO into technical recovery requirements.
• Define and validate resiliency runbooks, scripts, and automation.
• Coordinate with Operational Resilience / Business Continuity and IT owners.
• Assess architectures for single points of failure and implement improvements.
• Maintain resiliency standards and report posture for audits.
