• Ability to understand servers, databases, networks, cloud platforms.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology resilience, disaster recovery, and testing initiatives across teams.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Participate in incident reviews and post-incident analyses.
