Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience including sourcing, screening and interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Serve as a liaison to internal project managers, hiring managers and candidates.
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Continually interview and evaluate applicants - on-site and/or via phone and web (virtual).
• Develop and update detailed job descriptions and job specifications as needed.
• Advertise vacancies internally and externally, ensuring compliance and consistent processes.
• Support onboarding, track applicant flow and audit preliminary contractor paperwork.
• Maintain records in QAR database for recruitment requests.
• Assist with recruitment strategy and process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
• Manage special projects and provide administrative support.
