Stripe is seeking a consultative and creative recruiter to grow our Frontend, Backend and Fullstack teams across AMER. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience in a fast-moving environment.

Ideal candidates leverage AI and data-driven insights to accelerate hiring, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and build diverse pipelines while maintaining high quality and speed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house preferred.
• Use AI and real-time data to speed up hiring and improve candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring teams as an effective advisor throughout the process.
• High autonomy with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving org.
• Proven ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
• Data-driven problem solving to improve the process and efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting and drive hiring strategy for multiple engineering teams.
• Partner with analytics to report hiring progress back to the business.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with compensation, HR, and finance to scale hiring.
• Generate a healthy pipeline through branding, events, and employee referrals.
• Provide timely reporting of metrics and insights to guide decisions.
