Job summary

Motion Recruitment – A Kelly Company in Atlanta is seeking a full-desk Tech Recruiter to lead client relationships and candidate sourcing, building a successful tech placement portfolio with support from a dedicated local team.

You will run your own desk, target new candidates and clients, participate in training, and benefit from a comprehensive compensation package, including health care, PTO, 401k match, and ongoing development opportunities across North America.

Qualifications

• Formal recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, ambitious, hard-working, and goal-driven.

Responsibilities

• Target new candidates and clients using Motion’s market research and sourcing programs.
• Open new client accounts using proven sales best practices and Motion’s brand and reputation.
• Build trustworthy relationships with customers leveraging the local market team.
• Facilitate positive process outcomes from sourcing to hiring using placement guides and experienced team members.
• Connect with the tech community via Tech in Motion events and other networking channels.
• Participate in Motion’s training program with access to over 150 courses on recruitment best practices.
