The role blends sales and recruiting, emphasizing relationship-building, prospecting, and delivering placement outcomes through Motion’s training and sourcing tools. A 4-year degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Formal recruiting experience preferred but not required.
• Ideal candidate can share experiences of teamwork, leadership, problem-solving and relationship-building.
• Candidates should be ambitious, hardworking and goal-driven in a sales context.
• Comfort with developing leads, pitching opportunities, acquiring new client relationships, thriving in a metrics environment.
