Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a full-desk Tech Recruiter in Charlotte (Uptown) to manage client and candidate relationships and build a successful tech placement portfolio. You will operate with a local market team and utilize Motion’s sourcing programs to generate opportunities.

Qualifications

• Formal recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to share experiences of teamwork, leadership, problem solving and relationship building.
• Excellent communication skills and high motivation to succeed in sales.

Responsibilities

• Own your full desk, work with clients and candidates to fill positions.
• Develop leads, pitch opportunities, and build new client relationships.
• Maintain relationships and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
• Engage in continuous training and leverage Motion’s resources and programs.
