Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC in Boston is seeking a full-desk Tech Recruiter to manage client and candidate relationships and drive successful placements. You will lead sourcing, outreach, and closing efforts while leveraging Motion’s training and support networks.

The role blends sales and recruiting with a clear path to commissions and ongoing professional development, all within a collaborative, energetic team.

Qualifications

• Formal recruiting experience is preferred but is not a requirement.
• Must be able to share experiences of teamwork, leadership, problem solving, and relationship building.
• Excellent communication skills and ambition, hard-working, goal-driven.
• Comfortable developing leads, pitching opportunities to candidates, and acquiring client relationships.
• 4-year college degree or honorable discharge from the military preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run your own full desk, working with clients and candidates to be successful.
• Target new candidates and clients using Motion’s market research and sourcing programs.
• Open new client accounts using proven sales practices and Motion’s brand.
• Build relationships with customers leveraging the local market team.
• Facilitate positive outcomes from sourcing to hiring using placement guides.
• Engage with the tech community through Tech in Motion and networking channels.
• Participate in Motion’s training program with 150+ courses.
• Receive ongoing one-on-one support and mentorship.
• Work in a fun, energetic, team-oriented environment.
