Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Experience in recruiting or relevant business experience.
• Able to share experiences of teamwork, leadership, problem solving, and relationship building.
• Comfortable developing leads, pitching candidates, and building client relationships in a metrics-driven environment.
• A 4-year college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Running your own full desk, working with clients and candidates to be successful.
• Target new candidates and clients using Motion’s market research and sourcing programs.
• Open new client accounts using proven sales best practices and the positive foundation of Motion’s brand and reputation.
• Build trustworthy relationships with customers leveraging the local market team beside you.
• Facilitate positive process outcomes from sourcing to hiring using Motion’s placement guides and experienced team members.
• Connect with the tech community via our Tech in Motion meetups and networking channels.
• Participate in Motion’s immersive training program with access to 150+ courses.
• Ongoing one-on-one mentorship in all aspects of your role.
