Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC in San Jose invites motivated professionals to join as a Full Desk Tech Recruiter. You will run a full desk, sourcing and engaging both clients and candidates to drive successful placements.

You will leverage Motion’s market research, client accounts, and a supportive local market team to build trusted relationships and guide hiring from sourcing to placement. A strong emphasis on relationship-building and communication is expected.

Qualifications

• Formal recruiting experience is preferred.
• Ability to share experiences of teamwork, leadership, problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills and ambitious, hard-working individuals.
• Comfort with developing leads, pitching opportunities to candidates, acquiring new relationships with clients.
• 4-year college degree or honorable discharge from the military is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run your own full desk, working with clients and candidates to achieve success.
• Open new client accounts using proven sales practices.
• Build trustworthy relationships with customers leveraging local market teams.
• Facilitate end-to-end processes from sourcing to hiring using placement guides.
