Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or graduating soon) is required OR 1-2 years in Business Development or Sales.
• Internship, campus leadership, athletics, customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
• Military experience is also highly valued

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage both recruiting and sales sides of the business.
• Build relationships with technology professionals and business leaders.
• Identify and recruit top talent for exciting career opportunities.
• Develop new client partnerships through business development and networking.
• Match candidates with companies where they can thrive.
• Guide candidates and clients through the interview and hiring process.
• Attend networking events and Tech in Motion community events.
• Receive hands-on coaching and mentorship from experienced recruiters and sales leaders.
