Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably US staffing or government contracting.
Experience managing the complete recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
Experience recruiting for roles requiring active federal security clearances.
Strong knowledge of security clearance categories: Top Secret, TS/SCI, CI Polygraph.
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and outreach.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requirements to submission and follow-up.
Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networks, and referrals.
Recruit candidates for technical, government, and federal contracting positions.
Identify and engage candidates with active security clearances (Top Secret, TS/SCI, CI Polygraph).
Review resumes, screen candidates, negotiate terms, and prepare submission packages.
Coordinate interviews and provide interview preparation to candidates.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate communications.
Utilize AI tools to enhance sourcing, evaluation, and outreach.
Collaborate with internal recruitment, account management, and business development teams.
