Job summary

Brooksource in Louisville is seeking a recruiter to build out talent networks and place qualified IT consultants with Fortune 500 clients. You will collaborate with the sales team, identify niche candidates, and guide candidates through the interview process from screening to placement.

You will provide resume coaching, interview prep, and post-placement support, while consistently hitting weekly metrics and setting team goals with your manager. A bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Build talent networks of long-lasting, personal and professional relationships with potential consultants.
• Collaborate with the sales team to determine client hiring needs.
• Identify niche-skilled candidates that meet client expectations.
• Qualify candidates through internal interviews (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills and experience for open roles.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviews, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Support onboarding and post-placement engagement with consultants and clients.
• Meet weekly metrics for calls, interviews and placements.
• Set personal and team goals with your manager and recruiter support.
