You will build networks, partner with sales, and guide candidates through resumes, interviews, and offers to ensure outstanding hiring experiences.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive sourcing, and multi-project management in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Internship, leadership, athletics, or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and grow a network of top professionals through sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
• Partner with the sales team to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates through phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Match candidates with opportunities that align with their experience, skills, and career goals.
• Coach candidates through the interview process, including resume guidance, interview preparation, and offer negotiations.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support to consultants throughout their assignments.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Consistently achieve recruiting activity and placement goals.
