This role covers end-to-end technical recruitment, from sourcing to closure, and focuses on building strong pipelines for roles such as Python Developers, AI/ML Engineers, DevOps, QA, and data professionals.

Location options include Hyderabad, Coimbatore, or Remote, with 2–5 years of experience and immediate joining. Employment is full-time and salary is competitive.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment across multiple IT roles.
• Strong sourcing through Naukri and LinkedIn, technical resume screening, and candidate engagement.
• Experience coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and closing positions.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
• Build and maintain strong technical talent pipelines.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and assess technical fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Drive candidates through offer negotiation and closure.
• Maintain regular candidate engagement and follow-ups.
• Work with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Achieve recruitment targets and timely closures.
