Randstad USA is seeking an IT recruiting specialist with Direct Hire focus to manage a robust pipeline and client relationships in a hybrid work environment. You will screen, interview, and reference IT candidates, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in IT recruiting, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while achieving sales-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4 years of recruiting/staffing experience with a focus on IT and Technology population.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives.
• Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan.
• Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs.
• Able to communicate with and present at the executive level.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to qualify and close deals.
• Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships as needed to develop sales.
• Maintain personal GP quota responsibility.
• Follow policies and align with organizational goals and schedules.
• We follow operating policies and company policy.
• Accomplish results through teamwork and organizational structures.
• Complete projects assigned to the team and meet schedules.
• Focus solely on Direct Hire (DH) accounts and talent.
• Perform recruiting activities for technology positions (matching candidates, screening, interviews, references).
• Screen and interview IT professionals to assess fit for customer needs.
• Ensure paperwork for technology candidates complies with policies and regulations.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of active candidates in core competencies.
• Manage growth of new business and nurture existing relationships with contingent staff and placed candidates.
• Plan and manage personal business portfolio and margins.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and fulfillment team to meet targets.
