Job summary

Biorce is expanding and seeks a Project Manager - Technology Projects in Barcelona to drive SaaS product initiatives and internal tech efforts. You will bridge business needs with technical execution, coordinating across Engineering, Product, Design, and Research teams.

Qualifications

• 2.5+ years as a Full Stack Developer or similar technical role.
• 3+ years in project management.
• Experience in SaaS product development.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Design, and Research teams.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, priorities, and task boards.
• Organise standups, sync meetings, sprint reviews, planning sessions.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers; escalate when needed.
• Translate technical discussions into clear next steps and aligned action plans.
• Document decisions, changes, and priorities; ensure clear communication.
• Support release planning and internal progress reporting.
• Improve project structures and execution in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
