• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in SaaS or data-heavy environments.
• Deep knowledge of clinical trial processes, specifically Monitoring, RBQM/RBM, or Clinical Operations.
• Expertise in breaking down complex data workflows into user-centric requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monitoring product across all stages, from discovery to delivery.
• Translate high-level goals into a clear, prioritised backlog.
• Collaborate with Scientific, Engineering, and Design teams for product alignment.
• Break down complex workflows into structured requirements.
• Continuously improve product performance based on feedback.
• Act as the primary product reference point for the squad.
