Job summary

Biorce, a Healthtech innovator, seeks a backend-leaning Senior Full Stack Engineer to support expansion from our Barcelona hub while building an AI-powered platform for clinical research. You’ll own features end to end, tying user problems to domain services, APIs, AI workflows, and production-ready code.

You’ll work in a small autonomous team delivering production-ready software, with a product-first mindset and a focus on shipping value to patients and clinicians.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Back-End Engineer.
• Hands-on backend with C#/.NET Core and PostgreSQL in production systems.
• Strong front-end skills with React and TypeScript.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and OpenAPI contracts.
• Familiar with clean architecture, CQRS and event-driven patterns.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native deployment patterns.
• Ability to guide AI coding agents in agentic software development.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end to end from problem framing to production.
• Collaborate with product, design and AI specialists to shape solutions.
• Design and build backend services in C#/.NET with clean architecture.
• Model data, optimize PostgreSQL schemas, and migrations.
• Develop asynchronous, event-driven AI-enabled workflows.
• Design APIs and maintain OpenAPI contracts.
• Develop front-end features in React/TypeScript.
• Deploy and operate cloud-agnostic services on Kubernetes.
