Job summary

Biorce is seeking a backend-leaning Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our product teams building an AI-powered platform for clinical research. Based in Austin, you’ll own features end to end, from problem framing to production, collaborating with product, design and AI specialists.

You’ll contribute on the backend with C#/.NET Core and PostgreSQL, and on the frontend with React and TypeScript. The role emphasizes clean architecture, event-driven workflows, and deploying services on Kubernetes

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Full Stack or Back-End Engineer.
• Ownership of outcomes, user empathy and pragmatic trade-offs.
• Hands-on agentic software development with Claude/Cursor/Copilot.
• Strong C#/.NET Core production services experience.
• PostgreSQL design, queries and migrations in multi-tenant setups.
• Clean/hexagonal architecture, CQRS, and domain-driven design.
• Event-driven systems with RabbitMQ, Kafka or NATS.
• React with TypeScript for front-end development.
• RESTful API design and OpenAPI contracts.
• Kubernetes-based deployment with observability and Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end to end from framing to production and post-launch impact.
• Collaborate with product, design and AI specialists to shape what is built.
• Design and build backend services in C#/.NET with clean architecture.
• Model data and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries and migrations.
• Create asynchronous, event-driven workflows that integrate AI capabilities.
• Develop RESTful APIs with clear OpenAPI contracts.
• Build front-end features in React and TypeScript.
• Deploy and operate cloud-agnostic services on Kubernetes with observability.
• Lead AI coding agents to move fast while maintaining quality.
