PNC is seeking a Project Manager II to lead medium to large-scale projects within its Technology organization. Based in Dallas, TX, or other listed locations, you will manage projects from initiation through implementation, coordinating with business leaders, risk, and compliance to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will drive governance, facilitation of meetings, and executive reporting while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex business or technology initiatives.
• Experience managing large cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, governance, and stakeholder comms.
• Partner with business, technology, risk, compliance and operations teams to achieve objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Provide executive status reporting and ensure regulatory compliance and change control.
