Responsibilities

• Monitor changes to laws, rules, and regulations to anticipate potential impacts to Technology.
• Lead complex engagements with all levels of management to articulate regulatory impacts.
• Coordinate development and execution of action plans for identified gaps to ensure compliance with new requirements.
• Provide guidance on remediation to ensure compliance with expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations impacting Technology.
