Job summary

The role focuses on managing complex projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders, technology teams, risk and compliance, and operations to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in project management.
• Experience leading medium to large-scale projects or portfolios.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Strong risk, budget, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in regulated industries is preferred (financial services).
• Exposure to AI initiatives, governance, or transformation efforts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and governance structures.
• Coordinate with business leaders, technology teams, risk, compliance, and operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Facilitate governance meetings and provide executive status reporting.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and risk management requirements.
• Drive change management and coordinate resources across units and vendors.
