Job summary

PNC is seeking a Project Manager II to lead medium to large-scale projects within its Technology organization. You will be based in multiple cities, including Cleveland, OH, Cincinnati, OH, and other locations, driving projects from initiation through implementation while ensuring regulatory compliance and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings experience with cross-functional teams, risk and budget management, and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall/hybrid PM approaches.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex business or technology initiatives.
• Experience managing large cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid PM approaches.
• Strong risk management, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and governance structures.
• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, risk and compliance to meet objectives.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Facilitate governance meetings and provide executive-level reporting on status and KPIs.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance and risk management requirements.
• Manage change control processes and support organizational change management.
• Coordinate resources across business units and external vendors where applicable.
• Promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement.
