Job summary

PNC is seeking a Project Manager III to lead large-scale technology initiatives from initiation through implementation and stabilization. Qualifications

• Project management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
• Experience in financial services, banking, payments, or a Technology PMO environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology initiatives and associated workstreams with significant business and technical impact.
• Own project financials, including budget development, forecasting, actuals management, variance analysis, and reconciliation activities.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level project status reports, dashboards, milestone updates, and strategic communications.
• Manage project risks, assumptions, issues, decisions, and dependency tracking throughout execution.
• Ensure projects adhere to TPMO methodology, governance requirements, enterprise standards, and delivery frameworks.
• Monitor delivery performance through Agile, quality engineering, release, financial, and operational metrics.
