Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Technical Project Manager II in Asset & Wealth Management Tech & OPS to lead complex technology programs that drive business goals and enhance the firm’s capabilities.

You will translate business needs into engineering plans, manage budgets and resources, and drive Agile delivery while applying responsible AI practices and strong stakeholder management across teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex tech projects.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review/validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use.
• Strong analytical reasoning to break down objectives into tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder updates.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and break down complex objectives into manageable tasks; apply critical thinking.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis.
• Optimize resources: people, budget, technology; plan, schedule, progress initiatives.
• Stakeholder management with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Assist in risk management; ensure compliance with policies.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance artifacts and reporting.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices; ensure validation standards.
